We have a small variety of poultry, from a few personal back yard mix projects, to our Jersey Giants from show/breeder quality bloodlines, to our multi-colored guineas, and our wonderful turkeys. Our primary focus is on the production of meat & eggs to provide for our family.
We are in the process of growing our flock for more meat & egg production. Our growth will include a few birds for my personal projects beyond the expansion of our Jersey Giant, Turkey, and Guinea programs.
We are also in the process of getting involved in the local 4-H & FFA groups to begin aiding the local youth in local events.
At this time we only provide local pick up options for our poultry program. We are NOT allowing visitors or buyers onto our farm currently for the bio-security of both our animals and our family until further notice.
We have beautiful Jersey Giants in Black & Blue varieties.
Our birds are from quality stock.
We are doing our best to produce not only beautiful show birds, but sustainable livestock for those looking to support themselves through raising their own eggs and meat from the same animal.
We are proud to announce that we have added beautiful White Crested Polish chickens to our flock this. These are specifically my daughter's birds.
Her program can be found on FB:
Our Guinea population is a small but colorful group. We have White, Pearl, Pearl Pied, and Lavender Pied Guineas running together with our general population birds. Guineas are seasonal layers and once they begin producing, we will be gathering their eggs for incubation.
We have a variety of turkeys for meat and egg production. We are not specific with breed at this time as we are more focused on feeding our family before heritage breeding currently.
We are not currently breeding any of our project birds and many of our birds not currently in breeding pens are together in the general population. These birds are for our backyard entertainment, eggs, meat, etc.
At the moment this is a secret project until I move further along.
But for those who are curious, I hope to produce a melonistic large breed bird. Preferably with specific characteristics that I can reproduce in future generations.
